Akceleracja 3D na ATI Radeon 9600

Widzę, że znowu ten wątek robi sie aktywny, więc jeszcze raz przepis:
W Ubuntu 8.10 i Linux Mint 6 Felicia - działa.
Robimy to tak:
1/ z Synaptica zainstalować trzeba xorg-video-ati
2/ trzeba mieć w systemie paczki:
libgl1-mesa-dri
libgl1-mesa-glx
libglu1-mesa
mesa-common-dev
mesa-utils
xlibmesa-dri - Google -do pobrania ze strony Debiana (paczka .deb)
xlibmesa-glu

I teraz; terminal:
sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Wywalamy to co tam jest i wstawiamy:

# /etc/X11/xorg.conf (xorg X Window System server configuration file)
#
# This file was generated by dexconf, the Debian X Configuration tool, using
# values from the debconf database.
#
# Edit this file with caution, and see the xorg.conf(5) manual page.
# (Type "man xorg.conf" at the shell prompt.)
#
# This file is automatically updated on xserver-xorg package upgrades *only*
# if it has not been modified since the last upgrade of the xserver-xorg
# package.
#
# If you have edited this file but would like it to be automatically updated
# again, run the following command:
# sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg

Zmieniajc oczywiście dane swojego monitora i rozdzielczości!

Restart serwera grafiki i musi działać. Do wersji 8.10 - wszystko wpisywałam ręcznie.

No, chyba, że jakaś całkiem nowa generacja...
